The Porsche 935 features a body that resembles that of the famous Porsche 935/78. Porsche decided to give the design team free range on how to develop it, allowing them to break free from the conventional rules of Porsche production cars. The 935, however, is not a production car. Geared more toward clubsport events and private training on racetracks, Porsche only produced 77 of these models around the world. It has a signature long shape with massive fairings and a white base color. Some of the specs for the Porsche 935 include:
- 8L flat-six twin-turbo engine with 700 horsepower
- 5 inches long and 80 inches wide
- Retro laminated wood design on gearshift knob
- Lightweight shell with aluminum-steel composite design and carbon-fiber Kevlar®
- Removable escape hatch built into the roof
- COSWORTH™ ICD instrument cluster
- And much more!
Porsche is always making an effort to appeal to fans and drivers, and they’ve done it with the new 935. Interested in learning more about the new Porsche 935? Ask the team here at Porsche of Colorado Springs!
